It is important for you to read these T&C carefully, as they contain essential information and restrictions regarding your use of our Services.

2. Binding Effect of Terms of Use

These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and company and its affiliated companies, concerning your access to and use of the https://gpu.ainetwork.ai/ website (collectively, the “Website”). BY ACCESSING OR USING WEBSITE WITH AN APPROVED LINK TO THESE T&C, REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, OR ACCESSING OR USING THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES, OR RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE OR ENABLED VIA THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE T&C. 5. Content of Services

  1. Under these T&C, Company provides GPU Cloud services and intermediary transaction services through https://gpu.ainetwork.ai, offers relevant pricing information, and manages product prices for User. Company’s services may be expanded, and in adding services, Company may utilize big data collected in a manner that does not identify individuals. Company has a transaction system that allows individuals to trade services and facilitates product sales. However, Company does not take responsibility for or guarantee the accuracy of transactions between individuals.
  2. Subject to the payment of the fees and the usage period presented by Company, upon payment of the amount by User, Company grants user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use Services in accordance with the presented conditions.
  3. Company aims to provide services 24/7, year-round, except when there are significant business or technical issues. However, Company may temporarily suspend Services on days or at times when regular maintenance or system upgrades are required. In the event of a scheduled service interruption due to planned work, Company will notify User in advance through the relevant services or other means.

6. Access to Services

  1. Services can only be accessed after the creation of an account with Company (“Account’). Customer may create an Account by providing Company with certain information, including contact information, log-in credentials, payment, and billing sources (collectively “Registration Information”) and after authentication by Company. User agrees that it shall update and ensure that its Registration Information is current and accurate at all times. User shall not disclose, transfer, license, or otherwise share any Account.
  2. We may express acceptance of a User's request to use the Services by posting it on the relevant service screen or by sending it via email or other means. If there are any supporting documents separately requested by us, the User must promptly submit them, and we may withhold or refuse account creation until the requested documents are provided. Registration is available for individuals, sole proprietors, or corporations, but in particular, sellers may be required to submit additional documents.
  3. You represent and warrant the following when using Services:
    1. You will keep your password confidential and are responsible for all uses of your password and account.
    2. You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, or if you are a minor, you have obtained permission from your parents to use this Website.
    3. Your use of Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  4. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Website, in whole or in part.
  5. If User’s account or username is deemed obscene, offensive, or likely to infringe on a trademark, Company reserves the right to change the username at its discretion.
